By accessing or using Pawtient ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Always consult a qualified veterinarian regarding your pet's health. Do not delay or avoid seeking veterinary care because of information provided by the App. In urgent situations, contact a veterinarian or an emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the App and to update such information as necessary.

The App and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Pawtient and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the App, including pet information, photos, videos, and health records. By uploading content, you grant Pawtient a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and use such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
You acknowledge that uploaded content may be processed automatically (including by software systems) to generate explanations, organize records, and improve functionality. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and represent that you have all necessary rights to do so.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawtient and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pawtient and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
